All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

All shipments are sent via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and order size.

Your privacy matters. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no product descriptions visible on the outside.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Diesel Dispensary is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please reach out to the carrier directly if you believe your package has been mishandled.
